The Love Machine FM was developed by Ryan Lovelace in 2019, combining elements of the v.Bowls and the ThickLizzy.

Its refined rails allow you to turn harder, using those rails for sharper turns and quicker transitions.
The twin set up could easily be looked at as just another twin, but the way the fin slots are set up the board offers the down the line speed of a twin while also approaching the feel of a single fin.
How It Rides & Who It’s For
The FM delivers a unique mix of midlength flow and shortboard-style responsiveness. It thrives in average to good waves. Best suited between 6’6” and 7’10”, it loves to be ridden with intent, responding best when you commit to rail-to-rail transitions and drive hard through carves.
Not a beginner board, this is a board for intermediate to advanced surfers to truly make the most of it. Surfers looking for an easier paddle and wave entry but who still want performance when the wave allows it.
Unlike other midlengths that sometimes feel locked in, the FM has a looser, more reactive feel—ideal for those who want a board that can hold a high line or break into aggressive direction changes without hesitation.
