Here at Mango Surfing we understand that buying a new surfboard is a big deal, not only is it a lot of money but the difference between 19" and 19 1/4" can be make or break for your new sled.
This is why we are super stoked to introduce our new surfboard satisfaction service. What this basically means is that you can buy a new surfboard in almost complete confidence. How does that sound?
Here is how it works...
- Pick a new board
- Try it out
- If you love it....great!
- If you don't love it, bring it back and swap it for another.
Now there is some not so small print, we think 30 days is a fair amount of time to try out a new board but if you buy in a flat spell we can work around this. The surfboard coming back needs to look like its only been surfed 2-3 times, deck dents are fine, major damage/repairs will not be accepted. We cannot cover the cost of any pads attached to the boards. Returned boards need to be de-waxed or there will be a £15 cleaning fee. This is limited to 2 board per year per customer. Finally custom ordered boards, trade ins or used boards, or special promotion sale items (such as Black Friday) are not covered by the service.
