SURFBOARD WARRANTY – 60 DAYS FROM PURCHASE FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

► Warranty claims apply only to faults, defects, or failures resulting from the manufacturing process.
► Damage caused by misuse, accidents, impacts, abuse, heat or sun exposure, or signs of improper care or handling is not covered under this warranty.
 ► In the unlikely event of a structural manufacturing defect, we reserve the right to either repair or replace the surfboard at our discretion. The warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the surfboard’s performance.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS – NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

► Damage due to excessive heat exposure, which may affect the surfboard’s shape and lamination
► Creases on the slick or deck, and broken (snapped) surfboards
► Water absorption caused by accidental or forced damage
► Damage caused by leashes or other accessories
► Dents or deck depressions resulting from regular use
 ► Printed logos wearing off due to UV exposure, sunscreen, wax, or general use

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

► Claims must be submitted to store@mangosurfing.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
